"Katie's teaching style is fun and relaxed. She brings together many years of experience in yoga and working in the corporate world to deliver classes that provide positive results for staff and the company." Sarah Lord, Risk Management Consultant - 6 years
"I found Katie's approach to teaching yoga really encouraging and inclusive. She has a refreshing, natural manner without all the jargon and hyperbole that sometimes accompanies devotees of various physical practices. Katie managed to develop a program to suit all the people in our group and was very sensitive to teaching yoga in a corporate setting." Dianne Cooper, Principal Education Officer of a Large Government Organisation
"We have just completed a six week term of yoga with Katie at our workplace. Everyone who has taken part in the classes has expressed to me how much it has benefited them, both physically and mentally. Often we feel too busy and stressed to take the time out to focus on our own wellbeing, but having the classes at the office has made it very easy for people to attend during their lunch breaks and before work. A number of people have stated that they feel very refreshed and re-energised after the lunchtime sessions as if they have had a nap and other participants have noticed a big relief from the strains of sitting at a desk all day. Katie was very good at tailoring the classes to the varied skill levels of participants. We found the corporate yoga perfect for our workplace, it focused on the particular stresses and strains from an office environment and didn't focus solely on the spiritual side of yoga which worked well in our law-enforcement environment. The success of yoga in our workplace is evident by the fact that participants did not want to stop, and we extended our term by another two weeks. We also look forward to another term of yoga in the new year". Sarah Cheetham| Learning & Development (Government Organisation)
