pregnancy yoga - mother and baby yoga melbourne, Australian Shiatsu College, 103 Evans St, Brusnwick

By practicing pregnancy yoga throughout and after your pregnancy you are helping to create the best possible emotional and physical environment for you and your baby. You will feel more relaxed and gain confidence that you have the innate ability to be a nurturing mother. At the same time the pregnancy yoga postures and breath awareness will help restore much needed reserves of energy and help you to prepare for the birth of your baby and your journey as a mum.
